We make one product. A lumbar support cushion that adjusts to the height of your back, not just the width of your chair.
That sentence is the entire company. Everything below explains why it is worth building a company around.
The problem is not that you do not have a cushion
Most people reading this already bought one. It is behind the chair, or under the desk, or it went back.
Read the one and two star reviews across this category and the same complaint keeps surfacing, in slightly different words: the support is in the wrong place. It presses between the shoulder blades, or it sits at the belt line, and no amount of tightening the strap moves it, because a strap changes where the cushion sits on the chair, not where the apex sits on your back.
Backs are different lengths. Chairs are roughly the same. A cushion with a fixed apex is guessing, and for most people it guesses wrong by an inch or two, which is exactly enough to make it useless.
That is a solvable problem. It is a mechanical one.
Four decisions
1. The height moves, without tools
The support panel slides on a rail behind the cushion and locks in four positions. Loosen the knob, slide it, lock it. No tools, no disassembly, nothing to lose under the desk.
You set it once against your own back, in your own chair, and then you stop thinking about it.
This is the reason the product exists. It is also the reason we picked a product with a visible mechanism instead of a solid block: an adjustment you can see and photograph is one you can verify. You should not have to take our word for it.
2. Two wings, not one slab
The support is split into twin wings that flex independently, with an open channel down the center.
You do not sit still. You lean, you reach, you turn to a second monitor. A single rigid block fights that, and the point where it fights you hardest is the spine itself. The open channel means nothing presses directly on your spine, and the independent wings mean one side can give while the other holds.
3. A rigid perforated shell, not a foam brick
The structure is a rigid perforated polymer shell, ventilated across its whole surface.
Two reasons.
Heat is the complaint people give up over. A cushion that is comfortable at 9am and damp at 2pm gets abandoned in June. Perforation through the structure itself is a mechanical answer to that, not a marketing word printed on a foam block.
The second reason is that the support comes from the shell. Foam compresses over months, and "it went flat" is one of the most common late complaints in this category. When the geometry is held by a rigid structure, the shape you bought is the shape you keep.
4. Published dimensions, including the one that loses sales
The cushion is 15.7 x 16.1 x 4.3 in (40 x 41 x 11 cm).
That last number is the depth, and depth is the number most brands in this category quietly leave off the page, because "too thick, it pushes me forward" is one of the most common reasons a lumbar cushion comes back.
We publish it. Measure the gap between your lower back and your chair before you order. If 4.3 inches is more than you have room for, we would rather you know that now than find out in week two.
The Pro adds pneumatic depth control on top of the height adjustment, for exactly this reason. Pump it up if you want more, let it down if you want less.
What we did not invent
We did not invent this mechanism, and we are not going to imply that we did.
We selected it. We went looking for a lumbar support with a real, mechanical, tool-free height adjustment, because the review data said that was the unsolved problem, and we chose a manufacturing partner who already builds one properly rather than commissioning a worse version of it to be able to call it ours.
What we take responsibility for is the selection, the specification, the honesty of the page you are reading, and what happens when something goes wrong.
What we do not do
No fake people. There is no founder story on this page because there is no story yet worth telling you. There is no invented physical therapist endorsing this product. If a named expert ever appears on this site, the relationship will be real and disclosed.
No fake proof. No reviews we wrote. No star ratings we assembled. No "clinically proven" without a study we can hand you. No "9 out of 10 users" from a survey that never happened.
No medical claims. This is a cushion. It changes how your chair supports you. It is not a treatment for a diagnosed condition, and anyone selling you a piece of molded plastic as one is telling you something they cannot back up.
No fake urgency. No countdown that resets when you reload. No "3 people are viewing this". No invented stock levels.
No permanent sale. The price is the price. A product that is 35% off every day of the year was never $109.
None of that is a moral position. It is that every one of those tricks is a promise you cannot keep, and this is a product people are buying for the second time after the first one failed them. That audience has already been sold to badly once.
What we do not know yet
We are new. Being new is not a flaw we are going to write around, so here is the current state of things.
We have no customer reviews yet. When we do, they will be real, they will be unedited, and the bad ones will stay up.
Your order ships from our manufacturing partner in China. Two to four weeks, door to door. Our first US warehouse stock is not on the shelf yet. The Shipping policy has the exact windows, and it will be rewritten the day that changes.
We have not published a fill specification. We know what the structure is made of and we have published it. The fill spec is still being confirmed with the factory, and until it is confirmed in writing we are not printing a material name on this website. That is why you will not find the words "memory foam" anywhere on this site. It is a specific claim about a specific material, and we do not make specific claims we cannot document.
That last one is the smallest thing on this page and the most representative. It would cost us nothing to write two words that most buyers would never check. The reason not to is that if we are willing to guess about that, you have no way of knowing what else we guessed about.
What we will publish when we know it
- Fill material and density, in kg/m³, once the factory confirms it in writing.
- The exact travel range of the height adjustment, in inches, measured rather than estimated.
- Where each production run was made.
- Real customer reviews, including the ones that say it did not work for them.
How to hold us to it
Ninety nights to decide, and a refund if it is not right. The terms are on the Refund and Returns page, written in plain sentences, with the conditions stated rather than buried.
